Hungry animals aren’t picky; they’ll take whatever you can give to Casper’s Cupboard at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Please come Load 'Em Up Sunday September 26th at Texas Roadhouse Wesley Chapel from 11:30am to 8pm to donate bags of dog and cat food.
We are all familiar with the amazing job the team at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay does to save abused, abandoned & neglected pets. In 2008 the amazing recovery of one animal, Casper, was the impetus for Casper’s Cupboard the HSTB Food Bank. Brought in near death, Casper had been starved & wasn’t expected to live. However, the love & kindness provided by the team of professionals at HSTB gave him a second chance. Now other animals have an opportunity for a second chance too. Casper’s Cupboard has helped hundreds of families keep their pets. No one wants to surrender their pet because they can't afford to feed them. Casper's Cupboard provides free pet food to families who are experiencing financial hardship. It’s such an amazing story but it is only one of hundreds of miracles performed at HSTB every year.
You’re probably wondering how you can help. During our event GFWC New Tampa Juniors & Juniorettes will be collecting pet food. In addition, Texas Roadhouse will give 10% of every sale of food and drink to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
Come in Sunday September 26, 2010 from 11:30am to 8pm with a bag of food and a smile.
